I am a  Chossid

Look around you see a chosid,
of the Rebbe our Nosi.
This is who I am and I know you want to be.
To the Rebbe I was brought,
His chassidus I was taught.
Doing things that would bring out the chosid that's in me.
At farbrangens I would sit,
through the hours very late,
I would understand a bit, hoping to learn more.
At the lines stretched afar
with the others I would wait,
cause a Chossid knows their are,
things worth waiting for.
At the rallies, I'd say loud
psukim that show us the way,
in the streets I'd march so proud
of my yidish/chasidishkite
I was taught to look and see,
what a chosid does each day.
full of chayus I could be
in my yidishkite
Now mein kind I watch you grow
in our derech, you proceed.
as a chosid you should know,
our chasidic view.
